Medica Names Tom Lindquist Chief Strategy & Growth Officer
MINNETONKA, MN, Sept. 23, 2024 – Medica today announced that Thomas R. Lindquist joins the organization as Chief Strategy & Growth Officer.
In this role, Tom will lead Medica's markets and segments, managing segment strategy, product development, performance, client relationships, network strategy and contracting teams, as well as marketing and customer experience. In addition, he'll have responsibility for developing and executing strategic growth plans to achieve our objectives across our service areas.

Tom brings extensive healthcare experience including serving as Medicare Region President – Wellcare at Centene. In addition, he has held roles as President & Chief Executive Officer – Ascension Comp at Centene, CEO at the Allina Health | Aetna joint venture, President at Molina Healthcare of South Carolina, and with Ochsner Health Plan, UnitedHealth Group, and AccentCare/Texas Home Health.
Tom earned his bachelor's degree in management from the University of Texas - Arlington and his MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
