Prescription home delivery
If your pharmacy benefit includes mail-order, home delivery may be an easy option. You can have a 90-day supply of medication delivered through Express Scripts® Pharmacy — with no shipping or handling fees.
Before signing up, talk with your doctor to make sure it's OK to order a 90-day supply. Also check pricing at your retail pharmacy. Depending on your benefits, it might be cheaper to get your medications there. You can compare costs using the "Price a Medication" tool at the Express Scripts website.
How it works
There are four ways to request prescription fills:
- Use the Express Scripts website (accessible through your secure member site)
- Complete and submit this mail service order form: Mail service order form (PDF)
- Use the Express Scripts mobile app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play)
- Call Express Scripts Pharmacy. You can reach them 24/7 by calling 1-800-289-8690 (TTY: 711). Have your Medica identification (ID) card ready.
Note: Allow up to eight business days for your order to arrive.
Keep your information current
If you move or need to change your delivery address, call Express Scripts Pharmacy at least 10 days before your next refill.
And if any other information changes — payment details, insurance information, health conditions, and the like — call Express Scripts Pharmacy. They’ll keep any information you provide confidential and secure as per national and state privacy laws.
