Copay plan with preventive drugs
You typically pay a copay (a set amount) for your prescription drugs. Preventive drugs are usually covered at no-cost to you.

Health Savings Account (HSA) + copay plan
You typically have a high-deductible plan paired with an HSA. HSA preventive drugs are usually covered at no-cost to you. You’d usually pay the full cost of all other prescriptions until you meet your deductible.

Once you meet your deductible, you’d have a copay (a set amount) until you meet your maximum out-of-pocket cost.

Health Savings Account (HSA) plan with preventive drugs
You typically have a high-deductible plan paired with an HSA. HSA preventive drugs are usually covered at no-cost to you, while you would usually pay the full cost of all other prescriptions until you meet your deductible.
