My employee already has a Medica member website account but hasn't logged in recently. What should they do?
All their information is saved but they may be asked to reset their password and security questions the next time they login.
For my employees with families, do they have access to children and spouse's information in their member website account??
To balance state and federal regulations, our privacy policy limits the information members can view for their dependents.
- Members age 12 and younger can only view account information through the subscriber's account due to the Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act
- Dependents age 13 to 17 can create their own account. Subscribers can view limited claim details and balances but not Explanation of Benefits
- Dependents age 18 and older (including spouses and partners) must create their own account. Subscribers can't view any claims or balances for these dependents.
