Virtual Care

Also known as online care, telehealth or e-visits, virtual care is a convenient way to connect with your health care provider from your computer or mobile device. You receive a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription (if needed). Virtual care may cost less and be a time-saving option for non-urgent matters.

Medica has expanded the availability of telehealth visits to include visits from a member’s home, utilization of additional technologies such as FaceTime or Skype, and audio only, for most visits, when video is not available.

To find a virtual care provider, log into your secure member site.

Medica CallLink® (24-hour health support)

Medica CallLink advisors and nurses are available 24/7 to help you with your health concerns, including identifying your risk and providing recommendations for next steps for COVID-19 concerns.

Stay on top of the facts with a Next-Steps Consult through My Health Rewards. You can schedule a 15-minute call with a health guide to ask questions about COVID-19, get tips on how to keep healthy and learn about additional resources. Log in to your My Health Rewards account online or on the Virgin Pulse app to schedule a call and get additional tips and resources for staying healthy.
